Chakra Healing

Service Description

Chakra healing is where we focus on clearing out negative/stagnant energy within the 7 chakra points of the body. We start with incense and Sage to rid the chakras of the energy we want to release. We ground, protect and help manifest the ability to remain calm during times of stress. Giving you the abilities to breathe and control the moment, chakra healing will balance all emotions. Take the a moment and breathe in for 5 seconds hold for 3 seconds and release for 5 seconds. How do you feel now? Take back your control with grounding practices and ease your mind through meditation.
